Thank you for your interest in our Irish Country Incense, and for allowing me a minute to reminisce a little bit about the glorious trip that made it happen.

Art and I had always dreamed of going to Ireland, (and it took way too long to make the trip) but we were so inspired by everything about this lovely country, we wanted to bring a little piece of it home with us.

The souvenir coffee mugs and candles weren’t enough. Being smell people, we wanted more. What better way to continue our Irish journey than to develop scents that recreate our visit to Killarney, or the aroma of sensuous, lush greenery in the air?

If you’ve ever been there, you know that everything about it is beautiful. The people are warm and friendly, the countryside is absolutely gorgeous, and the smells! Well, we wanted to breathe them in forever.

It took us almost a year to develop these 4 scents, and it was well worth the effort. If you’re looking for the very strong smell of Irish peat, you won’t find it in these sticks. Here’s what you will find: scents we’ve captured, that to us, smell like the ocean along the Kerry Shore, the welcoming aroma of tea at the local tavern with just a hint of peat burning in the distance, and the warmth and grace of Ireland and her people.
